Kathy Knapp, Founder and President, brings 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations and financial analysis with companies ranging in size from start-up to large global corporations.

Kathy is an innovative, results-oriented executive with recognized success in identifying and resolving strategic and tactical issues and improving operational efficiency. Her exceptional communication, teambuilding and change management skills make her a valued consultant and advisor.

A middle child, Kathy was raised in the Chicago area. She had many animals growing up and wanted to be a vet. Due to her sister’s intervention, she instead became a business major. Through a series of interesting and challenging positions at KPMG, Kraft Foods, JEMAN Communications and The Nielsen Company plus earning her MBA at Kellogg, she found her calling as a consultant helping businesses grow and improve.
